Promtera provides digital services and access to AI-powered prompt generation tools. Due to the nature of digital goods and instant access upon purchase, refunds are generally not available once you have accessed the Service.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If the Service is completely inaccessible due to our technical failure
- Duplicate Charges: If you were incorrectly charged multiple times
- Unauthorized Transactions: If the purchase was made without your consent
3. No Refunds After Access
Once you have accessed premium features, generated prompts, or used any paid functionality, your purchase is considered final and non-refundable. This policy protects against abuse while ensuring fair access for all users.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your current tier until the end of your billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.
